By accessing or using the CAG Enterprises website, requesting services, or engaging us for any concrete contracting project, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and any other parties who access or use our services throughout Central Kentucky.

CAG Enterprises provides professional concrete contracting services throughout Central Kentucky, including but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial concrete installation
• Driveways, patios, sidewalks, and walkways
• Concrete foundations and footings
• Stamped and decorative concrete
• Concrete walls and retaining structures
• Concrete repair and resurfacing

The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a written estimate or contract provided prior to commencement of work.

All estimates provided by CAG Enterprises are based on an assessment of the project at the time of evaluation. Please note:

• Estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until a formal contract is signed
• Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen site conditions, material cost changes, or client-requested modifications
• Any changes to the original scope of work may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding
• Payment terms will be outlined in the project contract

The scope of each project will be clearly outlined in writing before work begins. Regarding project scope:

• Work will be performed in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications
• Any requested changes or additions must be documented and approved by both parties
• CAG Enterprises reserves the right to adjust timelines if scope changes are requested
• Weather conditions and other factors beyond our control may affect project timelines
• Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area

CAG Enterprises stands behind the quality of our work. Our warranty terms include:

• Workmanship warranties are provided as detailed in individual project contracts
• Warranties cover defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions
• Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, settling, acts of nature, or modifications made by others
• Minor cosmetic cracking is a natural characteristic of concrete and is not covered under warranty

Specific warranty terms and durations will be detailed in your project agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kentucky law:

• CAG Enterprises' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, material shortages, or utility conflicts

In the event of a disagreement or dispute regarding our services:

• Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct communication
• If direct resolution is not achieved, both parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing any legal action
• Any mediation or legal proceedings shall take place in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
• Each party shall bear their own costs for mediation unless otherwise agreed

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms or our services shall be filed in the courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
